Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our offerings vary, our policy is tailored by product type:

Digital downloads & templates (instant access)

All sales are final once delivered due to the nature of digital goods.

Live online programs / cohorts

• Full refund if requested 7 days before the program start date.

• Within 7 days of the start date and up to 24 hours after Session 1: program credit only (no cash refunds).

• After 24 hours from Session 1: no refunds.

1:1 coaching sessions/packages

• You may reschedule with 24-hour notice.

• Missed or canceled within 24 hours are forfeited.

• Package purchases are non-refundable once the first session occurs; unused sessions may be rescheduled within 90 days of purchase.

Workshops & events (single-day)

Refunds available up to 72 hours prior; thereafter, credit only.

How to request
Email support@mdasolutionsllc.com with your order email, date, and product. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery and attendance.

Exceptions
We may make reasonable case-by-case exceptions consistent with consumer laws.
